On Monday September 7th from 10-5 Rutherford NJ Street fair will host
more than 35,000 people are expected to attend the 40th Rutherford Labor Day Street Festival, one of the oldest street festivals in the Garden State.
Admittance is free and includes more than 150 antique, craft and specialty vendor exhibits, live local bands and children’s entertainment shows, and rides including rock climbing. Traditional festival fare including zeppoles, funnel cake and cotton candy, as well as beer at the beer garden will be available for purchase.
Appearing on the main stage throughout the day at Lincoln Park’s Hutzel Bandshell will be Jersey Sound, the Lise Avery Trio, The Big House and Yosemite, bringing a mix of oldies, jazz/standards, classic rock and country.
Also known as the Rutherford Street Fair, it will span Park Avenue from Ames Avenue to Highland Cross, and has been known as a spring board for launching political candidates heading into the fall elections.
