This year’s 12th Annual Rutherford Multicultural Festival on Saturday, May 16, from noon-7 p.m., promises to be a truly cultural experience. The event will bring together performers from Russia, India, Ireland, Korea, Japan, the Middle East, the Philippines, South America and more.
