The Hasbrouck Heights Food Pantry is once again in desperate need of supplies and is calling upon the community once again for its generosity in helping to restock the shelves.
Donations could be any grocery items including but not limited to canned soups, fruits, vegetables and meats, juices, tuna fish, cereals, sauces and gravies, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, powdered milk, all types of toiletries, paper products or cleaning products.
The pantry is stocked with a large abundance of all kinds of pasta and therefore requests that such items not be donated at this time.
All items may be dropped off at the Borough Clerk’s office on the first floor of between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The food pantry is located on the lower level of Borough Hall and helps dozens of residents in need each month.
