I was employed by several prestigious Real Estate firms over the years and each company had something to contribute to my management skills. My knowledge and skills have grown extensively working at Century 21 Semiao & Associates and the Century 21 System. I am diligent in keeping up with the real estate laws and technology to continue to grow as a successful part of our Management Team.
Spanning over 20 plus years I have trained sales associates in how to facilitate listing and sales transactions with clients and attorneys to ensure all significant legal documents are provided and fully executed from the initial sale to closing, and how to use the technological tools of this business.
Being the Operations Manager I assist in managing daily functions and activities of our Offices, Administrators, and Realtors’. As a Team Member I facilitate and oversee that everyone is utilizing our programs and procedures to ensure productivity and quality work output. Our Company provides a strong and competitive workforce through conducting extensive training for new employees and sales associates.
