As of April 1, NJ police are participating in ” U Drive U Text U Pay” a national campaign that aims to stop texting and driving. Intense Enforcement of anti-texting laws, advertising, and media outreach will let people know to obey the law.
This actions intends to combat distracted driving which can result in injury and death.
