17 Summer, the planned restaurant offshoot from Joseph Cuccia Catering in Lodi, is opening next week and they’ve chosen to share the launch menu of the restaurant via their website.
The brother and sister team of Joseph and Jenna Cuccia have used the space at 17 Summer for monthly chef’s tables and their catering business – but have taken the next step with the fine dining establishment in a “neighborhood setting”. In fact their due to appear on CNBC’s Restaurant Startup in March, so we may get a chance to see some of the behind-the-scenes action in building the business.
