As a Realtor I pride myself on being committed to my clients. I believe it is essential to educate clients with sound and solid real estate advice to guide them through every phase of their real estate transaction. I’m dedicated to assisting Sellers during the Listing of their home to negotiate the highest possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with least inconvenience to them.
When working with Buyers I listen to their wants and needs and work diligently to make their dream of home ownership a reality. Having a superior customer relations background spanning over 20 years coupled with my strong analytical skills and my acute negotiation skills give me the tools to provide my Buyer’s with a positive real estate experience.
I’ve completed multiple courses in management, marketing and negotiations of residential and commercial real estate. In 2019 I closed over 8.5 million dollars and handled over 10 million dollars in real estate transactions.
