While the home price increases we have been hearing about are not consistent here in Bergen County and in homes for sale in Hasbrouck Heights and Rutherford, please understand that Bergen County is doing much better than the rest of the State of New Jersey. We see this by the stabilizing numbers at year end and that the Median prices have shown a minor increase for 3 consecutive months in year over year periods.
What does that mean for Rutherford and Hasbrouck Heights homes for sale? Well, simply put it shows that there is stabilization in our local real estate markets and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Southern Bergen County is strengthening every month. The numbers show this. The strongest towns consistently over the past year, have been Carlstadt, Hasbrouck Heights and Wood-Ridge, with Rutherford coming on strong.
My objective in getting this information out, is to answer questions that no one else is answering in our area.
